3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload . By uploading content, you grant Mamoire.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely for providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

6. Orders, Payments and Billing

Mamoire.com may offer paid services, including bulk orders and custom orders. When you place an order or subscribe to a paid service, the following terms apply:

• Pricing: Prices for standard services, bulk orders, and custom orders will be displayed or quoted before you make a payment.
• Payment: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways authorized under applicable Indian laws.
• Bulk & Custom Orders: For bulk and custom orders, final pricing and timelines will be confirmed before processing begins.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation once payment is successfully processed.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel an order before we begin processing it. In such cases, a refund (subject to applicable transaction fees) may be issued.
• Once processing of a custom or bulk order has started, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to charges for work already completed.
• Refunds for digital services are generally not provided once access has been granted.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time as per applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software on Mamoire.com belong to Mamoire.com or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

11. Grievance Redressal

If you have any complaint or grievance regarding the Service, payments, or your account, please contact our Grievance Officer:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 30 days.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mamoire.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian laws.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mamoire.com harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. For consumer-related disputes, you may also approach the appropriate Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
